History and evolution
Foundations (2011–2019) The journal was established on April 7, 2011, by the Institute of Vocational Education of the NAESU. For its first decade, it was published as the "Scientific Bulletin of the Institute of Vocational Education and Training of the NAESU. Professional Pedagogics". Since its inception, the journal's strategic continuity and high ethical standards have been maintained under the leadership of Editor-in-Chief Valentyna Radkevych, Doctor of Sciences, Professor, and Academician of the NAESU.
Transformation and Official Status (2020 – Present) 2020 marked a pivotal era of modernization and legal restructuring:
-
Rebranding and Certification: Pursuant to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 409 (dated March 17, 2020), the title was streamlined to "Professional Pedagogics". Concurrently, the journal was officially certified as a Category B scientific publication (electronic).
-
Digitalization: The journal adopted a fully digital distribution model and transitioned to the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform to ensure a rigorous double-blind peer review workflow.
International Recognition The journal is widely indexed (ERIH PLUS, Index Copernicus, CrossRef). Its research impact is evidenced by its inclusion in the library collections of prestigious European institutions, including universities in Bremen and Paderborn (Germany), Riga (Latvia), and Liverpool (UK).
