Quality management of professional training of bachelors at the higher education institutions

Abstract

It has been actualized that the volume of training of VET teachers in Ukraine is small and does noEducational services are supposed to be specific goods (sui generis) and preserve social benefit features. Thus, a need in educational service, as a social benefit, manifests through societal selection mechanism as a decision-making process with a view to entrance to one or the other high school, one or another faculty, to choosing, in general, a respective demanded education level. Such a need differs much in terms of the social status of education and of the high-skilled labour in a given society. The need itself may be restrained, i.e. through high school admittance regulations, eligibility criteria applicable to entrants’ knowledge. The said necessity may be also influenced by certain state studentship support policies.

Most educating institutions take, no doubt, their missions quite seriously. They are keen in continuous searching for and training of qualified lecturers and   provide for necessary planning     of educational process and practices along with making use of up-front methodical and educative

aids. However, educating institutions quite often lack expertise in the system-operational approach. As a corollary they do not justify the expectations held by students, employers and the society as a whole to get access to contemporary education. Such an antinomy is likely to occur when advances in integral elements do not obligatory ensure attainment of the so called synergistic effect in absence of an educative model that is based on control of key operational processes within high schools.
