Interaction of subjects of management: an analysis of empirical research
Abstract
The results of the first phase of the experimental work concerning the problem of interaction between the subjects of management are shown. The article highlights theoretical foundations, from the standpoint of which the experimental verification was carried out. The results obtained regarding the mechanisms of sub- ject-subject interaction, its core funding, management factors are of great practical importance for the sys- tem of training and retraining of cadres.
