Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Authors who submit materials to this journal agree to the following provisions:

1. Copyright and Licensing

  • Retention of Rights: Authors retain copyright to their work without restrictions. Copyright arises from the moment of the work's creation and belongs to the author regardless of the fact of publication.

  • CC BY 4.0 License: Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This allows others to share, edit, adapt, and build upon the material, provided that appropriate credit is given and the original publication in this journal is cited.

  • Non-exclusive License: Authors grant the journal the right of first publication and the right to distribute the work (in both electronic and print versions) under a non-exclusive license.

2. Originality and Preprints

  • Warranty of Originality: By submitting an article, the author warrants that the material is original, does not infringe upon the copyrights of others, and is not currently under consideration by any other publication.

  • Preprint Policy: Material previously posted by the author on non-commercial preprint servers (e.g., arXiv, SSRN) or in institutional repositories is not considered prior publication. Authors must notify the editorial board of the existence of a preprint and provide a link to it.

3. Author Rights to Use and Archiving

  • Freedom of Use: Under the CC BY 4.0 license, authors have the right to use their article materials (in full or in part) without prior coordination with the editorial board for:

    • educational purposes and lectures;

    • writing dissertations, monographs, and textbooks;

    • conference presentations and the preparation of abstracts.

  • Self-Archiving (Green Open Access): Authors have the right to independently archive all versions of the article (Preprint, Postprint, Version of Record) in electronic networks without an embargo period. This applies to:

    • personal websites and blogs;

    • university and institutional repositories;

    • non-commercial open-access archives.

4. Mandatory Requirements

  • Attribution: In the event of any reuse or distribution of the materials, a full bibliographic reference to the original article in this journal (including the DOI) is mandatory.

  • Responsibility: Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for compliance with the ethical standards of scientific research.
