    The conceptual foundations of future VET teachers’ training, methodological approaches to professional education content standardization, and peculiarities of professional self-determination and professional career of VET institution’s students are grounded in the collection of scientific works. The theoretical aspects of managing the VET institutions, developing the communication, professional and ethical, digital, and physical culture, forming the professional, entrepreneurship, arts-creative, digital, and key competences are enlightened. The methods of professional training of future specialists are presented, in particular autotransport, agricultural, IT, aviation, and service sectors. Special attention is paid to theory and methods of training the specialists for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, border guard service, etc. The peculiarities of the use in the process of future specialists professional training of elements of distance and problem learning, simulation modelling, interactive technologies, innovative production technologies, etc. The experience of VET in Greece, Estonia, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, the USA, Finland, Japan are analysed: VET financing, quality assurance of future VET teachers’ training, initial VET functioning.     The collection substantiates the peculiarities of scientific and methodological support for modernisation national VET and occupational pre-high education in the context of European integration processes. The directions of food industry specialists’ professional development on modern lines in VET schools and theoretical basis for HE agrarian teachers’ ecological competence formation are described. The models of distance professional education, identification and development of students' abilities, VET schools managers’ professional self-improvement, PE future teachers’ individual style of professional activity as part of pedagogical practice are presented. The emphasis is put on future economists’ professional mobility and foreign-language professional communication skills formation, future ecologists’ research competence development, IT students’ intercultural competence and future social workers’ professional ethics advancing. The peculiarities of readiness formation for students’ professional career choice and implementation, future tourism specialists’ excursion activities, future skilled motor transport industry workers’ innovative industry technologies use are revealed. The historical and pedagogical analysis of Ukrainian business leaders’ values transformation in XIX and early XX centuries are represented and aspects of foreign VET development are described, namely: European strategy for education information support (move to open education), legislation provision of VET development in Western European countries, education reforms impact for CVET development in Turkey.

    The collection envisages theory-methodological basis of VET development: the domestic VET is analysed thrlugh European experience context. Its quality problems are studied taking into account globalisation and transformation proceses in the Ukrainian society. It characterises social-psychlogical affect-factors for students‘ professional career development in VET schools. By means of active training methods analysis the new prospects and possibilities for distance VET are outlined. New approaches to forming professional competence forming for future sport managers and engineers on agriculture mechanisation are grounded. It makes disclosure on the specific features of using assessment-centres methodology to diagnose the development level of a professional competence for business units managers of communication sector. The results of diagnostic analysis VET students‘ readiness for project training are represented. It provides methodical aspects of professional training and different competences forming for future specialists in hotel-restaurant, tourism and service sectors and also the specifics of professional culture forming for future specialists on finances and credits in colleges. The innovation aspects of VET development in the EU countries are generalised.     The collection substantiates the peculiarities of scientific and methodological support for modernisation national VET and occupational pre-high education in the context of European integration processes. The directions of food industry specialists’ professional development on modern lines in VET schools and theoretical basis for HE agrarian teachers’ ecological competence formation are described. The models of distance professional education, identification and development of students' abilities, VET schools managers’ professional self-improvement, PE future teachers’ individual style of professional activity as part of pedagogical practice are presented. The emphasis is put on future economists’ professional mobility and foreign-language professional communication skills formation, future ecologists’ research competence development, IT students’ intercultural competence and future social workers’ professional ethics advancing. The peculiarities of readiness formation for students’ professional career choice and implementation, future tourism specialists’ excursion activities, future skilled motor transport industry workers’ innovative industry technologies use are revealed. The historical and pedagogical analysis of Ukrainian business leaders’ values transformation in XIX and early XX centuries are represented and aspects of foreign VET development are described, namely: European strategy for education information support (move to open education),  legislation provision of VET development in Western European countries, education reforms impact for CVET development in Turkey.
