Professional Pedagogics
The publication substantiates strategic directions for the modernization of vocational and pre-higher vocational education, specifically within the context of developing competency-based standards, advancing public-private partnerships, and digitalizing the educational environment. Particular attention is devoted to ensuring quality assurance in professional training based on the principles of academic integrity , managing educational institutions as project-oriented organizations, and enhancing the professional development of educators. The text elucidates practical aspects of optimizing distance learning through the use of network-based teaching and methodological complexes, the formation of key competencies in learners (including entrepreneurial, career, and intercultural competencies), and analyzes transformational change trends in the national education system during the era of Ukraine's independence.
