Copyright Policy

Authors who submit manuscripts to this journal agree to the following provisions:

1. Copyright Ownership and Retention of Rights

  • Ownership: Authors retain copyright of their work without any restrictions. Copyright arises from the moment of the work's creation and belongs to the author regardless of the fact of publication.

  • Author Rights: The use of the work by the author is governed by copyright law and is not limited by the terms of the license applied to third parties. Authors have the right to use their materials (in whole or in part) for any purpose at their discretion, including commercial use, without obtaining permission from the editorial office.

2. Licensing and Open Access

  • CC BY 4.0 License: Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license defines the terms of use for third parties (readers, researchers, institutions), allowing them to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material (including for commercial purposes), provided that appropriate credit is given and a link to the original publication in this journal is provided.

  • Non-exclusive License: Authors grant the journal the right of first publication and the right to distribute the work (in electronic and print versions) under a non-exclusive license.

3. Freedom of Use and Archiving

As the copyright owners, authors have unrestricted freedom to use their work, which specifically includes:

  • Using the materials for educational purposes, for lectures, and inclusion in dissertations, monographs, and textbooks.

  • Presenting at conferences and distributing abstracts.

  • Self-archiving (Green Open Access): Authors are permitted to self-archive all versions of the article (Preprint, Postprint, Version of Record) in electronic networks without an embargo period. This applies to personal websites, institutional repositories, and any open-access archives.

4. Originality and Preprints

  • Warranty of Originality: By submitting an article, the author certifies that the material is original, does not infringe upon the copyrights of others, and is not under consideration by other publications.

  • Preprint Policy: Posting of the material by the author on non-commercial preprint servers prior to submission to the journal is not considered prior publication. Authors must notify the editorial office of the existence of a preprint and provide a link to it.

5. Mandatory Requirements

  • Attribution: In the event of any reuse or distribution of the materials by third parties, a full bibliographic reference to the original article in this journal (including the DOI) is mandatory.

  • Responsibility: Authors bear personal responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided and for compliance with the ethical standards of scientific research.
