Training concept on professional life development for future designers
Abstract
The problem of professional life development is becoming up-to-date in modern pedagogics. State papers refer to the necessity of creating the professional life advisor institute that enables providing quality educational services on career and employment planning with its individual approach assurance. These measures underline the necessity of organizing the designers’ running-up to professional life development on modern, fundamentally new approaches. Training concept on professional life development for future designers is aimed at solving the problem professional life promotion as a process of a specialist’s professional competence genesis and progress. The following concept grounds integral, dynamic, open system of future designers training to professional life development with an adequate structure, aim, content, pedagogical terms and appropriate methodical system for providing proper training.
The concept realization embraces four interactive concepts: methodological, theoretical, methodical and practical. The methodological concept represents the set of approaches to provide process objectivity and efficiency of future designers training, inter alia: systemacity; axiological, individual, competence-based, activity, environmental, contextual. The theoretical concept determines future designers training as a serial process based on motivational-valued, processual and evaluating-trouble-shooting phases of methodical system implementation. The methodical concept is provided by introducing innovative training methodologies, context training technology, coaching technologies, training-technologies, self-education promotion and engagement. The practical concept envisages digital implementation e-learning modalities into future designers’ running-up to professional life development.
