Future professional training teachers’ psychological mobility development during professional education
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of professional mobility development necessary for a modern young specialist’s successful professional activity within the conditions of new informational society.
Theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources on the problem of specialists’professional mobility formation has been carried out and the specific nature has been determined in accordance with training aspects for specialists of different profiles. In particular, the attention is paid to theoretical analysis of the problem on future professional training teachers’ psychological mobility development during their professional education; psychological and pedagogical conditions for future professional training teachers’ psychological mobility development during their professional education are determined and theoretically substantiated.
Studying the problem on forming future specialists’ psychological mobility during their professional training in the system of professional (vocational) education schools (P(V)E schools) highlighted the range of contradictions between the society’s objective need in specialists able to develop their professional pathway under ever-changing conditions and the professional training As-Is-State; between the social order on training a psychologically mobile specialist and the incapability of its proper performance within present one-dimensional educational system.
In that, the psychological mobility performance during professional activity is impossible without self- direction, the attention is emphasized on the term “self-direction”. As a matter of fact, the self-direction is manifested in the ability to manage own mental state and behavior for further adequate activity in complicated pedagogical situations. ...
