NEW GENERATION ELECTRONIC TEXTBOOK IN INFORMATION ORGANIZATION-AND-PEDAGOGICAL SYSTEM OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract

Ukraine’s law «About national informatization program» defines: «... informatization is aggregate of interrelated organizational, law, political, socio-economic, scientific and technical, and production processes aimed at creation of conditions for satisfying information needs of citizens and society in terms of formation, development, and use of information systems, networks, resources, and information technologies built on basis of modern computing and communication equipment application». As far as this official definition concerns the author reveals his attitude to necessity for searching the fresh approaches to determination of new organization-and-pedagogical system inherent to information society being a target for state policy of independent Ukraine. The article gives the author’s view on determination and possible structure of information organization-and-pedagogical system of information society vocational education. He also considers the issues concerning the theory and practice contradiction in creation of information training environment being didactics-psychological basis of the system. Methodological decisions in regard to working out pedagogical software as a basic element of the environment are stated.
