Abstract

The article reveals the very essence of the phenomenon "innovation" and its features. The author makes stress on the importance concerning creation of comprehensive innovative systems of edu- cation that are able to become a momentum for science, engineering, technology, production organiza- tion and management, solving of social problems and problems of a society in whole and an individual in particular.
