PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF TECHNICIANS-PROGRAMMERS: CHALLENGES OF DIGITALIZATION OF SOCIETY

Abstract

The problem of professional training of software technicians in colleges on the basis of the analysis of works of foreign and domestic scientists is investigated. Factors influencing the quality of their training are considered, the main requirements and quality characteristics are highlighted. The opinion of students on the most demanded in the labor market personal and professional qualities of technicians-programmers is studied and their rating is carried out. Based on the analysis of the curriculum, educational and professional program and comparing them with the modern requirements of the labor market to a competitive specialist (junior specialist), a number of problems are formulated, the solution of which requires cooperation of scientists, teachers and employers.
