PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS' READINESS FOR TOLERANT EDUCATION OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLCHILDREN

Abstract

Relevance: the necessity of determining the pedagogical conditions of formation of future teachers of readiness for tolerant education of junior high school students due to the processes of globalization, European integration and reform of modern elementary school, which define the framework of the educational space, built on the statement of man as the largest social value, the principles of humanism, child-centeredness and tolerance, and require a teacher readiness for dialogue by establishing with junior high school students relations of trust, cooperation, compromise, joy, sociability, empathy, and psychological comfort.

Aim: based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical heritage of teachers to determine the pedagogical conditions of formation of future teachers' readiness for tolerant education of younger students.

Methods: theoretical: analysis, synthesis, theoretical generalization.

Results: on the basis of the analysis of psychological and pedagogical works on the mentioned problem the pedagogical conditions of formation in the future teachers of readiness for tolerant education of junior schoolchildren, namely: the pedagogical consensus concerning the orientation on tolerant education, reflection in the content of professional training the basic principles of tolerant education, implementation of contextual learning and quasi-professional situations are identified.

Conclusions: the substantiated pedagogical conditions of preparation of future teachers for tolerant education of younger students (pedagogical consensus regarding the orientation on tolerant education, reflection in the content of professional training the basic principles of tolerant education, introduction of contextual learning and quasi-professional situations) we understand as a set of favorable factors, provides effective implementation of the model of formation of future teachers of readiness for tolerant education of younger schoolchildren.
