SOFT-SKILLS DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE PRIMARY TEACHERS AS A MEANS OF ACMEOLOGICAL GROWTH

Abstract

Relevance: modern society needs new progressive teachers capable of educating a humane, purposeful generation that will work for the development of their own state; that is why the focus is on training future teachers, developing their soft skills, forming an internal need to be at the epicenter of educational innovations, to engage in self-development and pedagogical growth.

Aim: to diagnose the development of soft skills of future primary school teachers; to suggest directions for the development of flexible skills of students in a modern institution of higher education.

Methods: theoretical (analysis of scientific and methodological literature, generalization, systematization of information); empirical (observation of students' pedagogical activity during business games and during pedagogical practice), analysis of creative works, surveys, testing.

Results: the article conducts a definitive analysis and identifies the main directions of understanding flexible skills in the pedagogical process; аccording to the conducted scientific and pedagogical researches various classifications of groups of flexible skills are offered. It was determined that 24 (29.3%) students have developed soft skills at a low level, 35 (42.7%) at an average level, 17 (20.7%) at a sufficient level, and 6 at a high level. 7.3%); the article focuses on the forms of work with students, offers guidelines for the development of flexible skills of future teachers.

Conclusions: the results obtained as a result of the study allowed to clearly identify further areas of work on the development of soft skills of students, to plan further participation of future teachers in a number of professional events (conferences, webinars, workshops, etc.); in addition, the directions of development of flexible skills of students in the context of acmeological approach are offered (organization of creative educational space, which provides each student with a free choice of subjects and professional growth; use of innovative technologies and acmeological models aimed at the professional development of each teacher; involvement of students in various types of cognitive activities in the educational process; organization of joint creative activity, dialogical interaction of students and teachers aimed at forming a holistic personality of the future specialist; stimulating the student's reflective assessment of his own pedagogical activity).
