USE OF 3D PRINTING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TRAINING OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION TEACHERS

Abstract

The relevance of the study of "3D-Fashion" as the latest and most popular trend, which is based on the synthesis of innovative technologies and design in the fashion industry, is due to the need to: take into account the trends of the modern labor market and the new demands of employers in the field of garment production for the content of professional training of future teachers of vocational training; introduction of pedagogical innovations in institutions of vocational (professional and technical) education (hereinafter: V(VET)E) as an important factor in the development of future specialists' ability to creatively solve tasks.

Purpose: to carry out an analysis of the use of 3D printing technologies in the training of vocational training teachers.

Methods: theoretical: analysis, synthesis – for the analysis of scientific works on the research topic; generalization, comparison, juxtaposition – to compare ways of solving the problem under study; empirical: questionnaires, online surveys of teaching staff, interviews with teaching staff of V(VET)E institutions.

Results: the current state and prospects for the development of 3D printing technologies in the field of light industry are analyzed, a survey of education seekers and teachers is conducted to determine the features of the use of 3D printers in the training of future teachers of vocational education.

Conclusions: the importance of using modern approaches to teaching automation of sewing production has been proven; it has been found that 3D printers are an effective tool for training, which allows you to save time on watching videos and instructions, setting up, loading the model and starting it for printing; the didactic advantages of using 3D printing in the educational process are determined (active learning; increasing interest in learning; improving the educational process; developing spatial and computational thinking; increasing digital interaction; preparing students for life and work in a digital society; development of new didactic materials); on the basis of the conducted questionnaire of education seekers and teachers, the necessity of introducing 3D technologies into the educational process of training teachers of vocational training of the sewing profile in V(VET)E institutions is proven; promising directions for further research are defined (monitoring of trends in the field of 3D technologies to update the content of professional training of future teachers of vocational training in educational institutions of the sewing industry).
