FORMATION OF LEGAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TOURISM ORGANIZATION AGENTS AS A SCIENTIFIC PROBLEM

Abstract

Relevance: the tourism industry is one of those that needs to be restored to ensure the promotion of the country's economic revival. That is why there is a growing need to train agents from the organization of tourism, who have the legal knowledge necessary to provide quality tourist services, able to act in professional situations in accordance with modern norms and laws.

Purpose: based on the analysis of foreign and domestic sources, to determine the essence of the concept of "legal competence of future tourism organization agents".

Methods: theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the research problem; comparative analysis and systematization – to generalize theoretical materials and specify the basic concepts of research.

Results: foreign and domestic sources on the research problem were analyzed; the essence of the concept of "legal competence of future agents in the organization of tourism" is formulated and substantiated.

Conclusions: scientific, educational, production-practical and reference publications on the problem of researching the legal competence of future agents in the organization of tourism were analyzed; on the basis of the analysis, the definition of "legal competence of future tourism organization agents" was formulated as an integrative personality formation characterized by developed legal awareness and legal education, a valuable attitude to law, communicative abilities and personal qualities that determine their ability and willingness to provide a set of tourist services within the limits of norms rights; it was found that in the modern scientific and educational space there is no consensus regarding the improvement of the process of forming the legal competence of future specialists in the tourism industry; prospects for further research are the search and development of approaches and models for the formation of legal competence of future agents in the organization of tourism in professional education institutions, taking into account domestic and foreign practice.
