Pedagogical conditions of professional ethics formation for future social work specialists at a university

Abstract

The analysis of pedagogical conditions for university teaching process is represented in the article. They contribute formation of professional ethics for future social work specialists within the framework of vocational education in the context of globalization and the Ukrainian education environment transformation. It defines the essence of following pedagogical conditions important for ensuring future social workers’ professional and ethic formation, namely: forming positive motivation for professional and moral improvement; study content upgrading under professional ethics formation, scientific and methodological support for deepening theoretical knowledge and improving practical skills, improving the system of subject-subject interaction, introduction of innovative forms and methods for forming professional ethics while training, mastering innovative pedagogical and production technologies via future social workers’ volunteering practice, consistency of professional ethics formation for future social workers in the system of methodological work at universities, ensuring students’ participation in extracurricular activities, implementation of pedagogical system for professional ethics formation.
The term «condition» meaning pedagogical aspect as a circumstance, active element, driving force of formation is characterized.
The term «pedagogical condition of professional ethics formation for future social work specialists» is seen as a system of organically interrelated psychological, pedagogical and practical activities at a university aimed at solving specific pedagogical tasks for educational process promoting active professional ethics formation.
Given this, the importance of pedagogical conditions influence for university educational process on professional ethics formation is emphasized. They are ministerial to future social workers’ professional development.
