How to submit an article on the OJS platform

Account Registration and Authentication

Prior to initiating a submission, authors must register within the system using email address that is monitored regularly. Upon successful authentication, navigate to the "Dashboard" and select the "New Submission" button. The system facilitates progress preservation, allowing authors to save their work and return to the form at their convenience.

Preliminary Submission Stage

At the initial juncture, fundamental manuscript details must be provided:

  • Language: Select the primary language of the submission from the available options.

  • Title: Provide the full title of the article (optimally 10–12 words). Avoid introductory clichés (e.g., "Analysis of...", "Research on...") and abbreviations. Bold and italic formatting tools are available for emphasis.

  • Submission Checklist: Review the technical and ethical requirements and confirm adherence by checking all mandatory fields.

  • Privacy Statement: Review the data protection regulations and agree to the information collection policy to proceed.

Step 1: Metadata and References

This phase involves populating key parameters essential for scholarly database indexing:

  • Abstract: Provide a structured abstract (300–400 words) comprising the background, objective, methods, results, and conclusion.

  • Keywords: Enter each term individually, pressing the "Enter" key after each input. Do not utilize commas or other punctuation marks for separation.

  • Multilingual Support: For submissions requiring metadata in multiple languages, utilize the language toggle in the upper right corner to access additional fields.

  • Reference List: References must be formatted according to the APA style (7th edition). Each entry must include an active Digital Object Identifier (DOI) or a direct URL link to the resource.

Step 2: File Upload

  • Multiple files can be uploaded simultaneously or via the drag-and-drop interface.

  • Specify the file type for each upload (e.g., "Article Text").

  • The primary manuscript file must be fully anonymized (devoid of author identities) to ensure an objective double-blind peer review process.

Step 3: Contributor Information

Provide comprehensive details for all individuals involved in the research:

  • Click "Add Contributor" and complete the mandatory fields: Full Name, Institutional Affiliation, and ORCID iD.

  • Mandatory Action: You must click the "Edit" button next to each name and complete the mandatory "Competing Interests" field.

    • Absence of conflict: "It is hereby certified that no conflict of interest (financial, professional, or personal) exists that could have influenced the objectivity of the results or conclusions at any stage of the research, manuscript preparation, or publication of this article".

    • Presence of conflict: "I declare a conflict of interest: [e.g., receipt of grant No. 123 / employment at the journal's founding institution]".

Step 4: Metadata for Editors

  • Supporting Agencies: Disclose funding sources, grants, or institutional support. State "None" if inapplicable.

  • Data Availability Statement: Describe the accessibility of research data and provide relevant repository links where readers may access the data.

  • Comments for the Editor: Provide any pertinent information the editorial board should consider during the preliminary assessment.

Step 5: Reviewer Suggestions

Authors may suggest potential reviewers who possess subject-matter expertise in the relevant field. Suggested experts must not have any conflict of interest with the authors (e.g., recent collaborations or shared institutional affiliations).

Step 6: Final Review and Submission

  • The system will present a comprehensive overview of the entered data for final verification; mandatory fields left blank will trigger a system warning.

  • Copyright Terms: Review and accept the copyright statement, which stipulates that authors retain their rights and agree to publication under an open-access license.

  • Select the final submission button. You will receive an automated confirmation email, and the status of your manuscript can be monitored via your personal dashboard.
