Authors submitting manuscripts to this journal agree to the following terms:
1. Copyright and Licensing
- Retention of Rights: Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. Copyright exists from the moment of creation and remains with the author regardless of publication status.
- CC BY 4.0 License: All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This allows others to share, adapt, and build upon the work, provided the original authorship and initial publication in this journal are properly cited.
- Non-exclusive License: Authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the work in electronic and print formats.
2. Originality and Preprints
- Originality Guarantee: By submitting a manuscript, authors certify that the work is original, does not infringe upon the copyrights of others, and is not under consideration by any other publication.
- Preprint Policy: Posting a manuscript on non-commercial preprint servers (e.g., arXiv, SSRN) or institutional repositories is not considered prior publication. Authors must disclose the existence of a preprint and provide a link to it upon submission.
3. Author Use and Self-Archiving
- Freedom of Use: Under the CC BY 4.0 license, authors are free to use their work (in whole or in part) without editorial permission for educational purposes, theses, monographs, or conference presentations.

4. Mandatory Requirements
