Professional competence of future services workers in conditions of educational-industrial clusters: essence and structure
Abstract
The article reveals the main aspects of essence and structure of the future professional’s services’ professional competence. It is underlined that nowadays the
main objectives of public policy are to provide high quality training for skilled workers according to labour market requirements. It is indicated that competence approach promotes formation the vital competencies’ future specialists. The social partnership cluster type is identified as one of the basic principles of the modernization of vocational education training. It is proved the main principles of the cluster approach: mutual benefit, voluntary, transparency, legitimacy, trust, precise planning of development program. The scientific approaches to the definition of «professional competence» service professionals are considered. The results of services managers’ survey in Zaporizhzhia region pointed out the most important components of professional competence of specialists in this field.
According to employers, future service professionals must have high culture ofinterpersonal relations, knowledge of native and foreign languages, the ability to quickly transmit information; take into account the individual characteristics of interlocutors and non-verbal means of communication. The following personal qualities are pointed out: self-improvement, understanding the ideas of professional development and self-development, ability to plan and predict the results of their own professional activity, critical thinking, make professional reflective dialogue, have high performance memory and psychomotor reactions. It is defined the components of future service specialists’ professional competence: general cultural, social-communicative, value-motivational, cognitive-technological, prognosticbusiness, reflexive-psychomotor, extreme-personal.
