Principles of corporate training in modern conditions
Abstract
The article analyzes the factors that influence the development of corporate training systems today. In particular, the external (weakening of market conditions in majority of markets, rapid technological progress, increased domestic consumers‘ requirements for quality of service, increased competition in the labor market due to the predominance of labor supply) and internal corporate (sealing of staff‘s function, increasing corporate requirements for component structure and levels of personnel‘s professional competence, increasing requirements for personnel‘s efficiency, tendency to reduce costs in support of business processes) factors.
Corporate training is considered by us as a system of training in organizations (companies, enterprises, corporations) that ensures the development of professional competence of the personnel to implement it‘s (the organization) strategic goals. In this definitionit is integrated two main components: training should be based on competency basis (goals, content and technologies of training, support and staff development must meet the objectives of formation and development of the necessary components of professional competence); corporate training should provide staff with tools that would give an opportunity to realize the strategic goals of the company, decomposed to the level of structural units and individual employees. The corporate training provides training, retraining, training and development of professional competence of companies‘ personnel.
Existing discrepancies in justification, creation and administration of existing corporate training systems are revealed: imperfection of evaluation tools and not systematic pedagogical effect on the staff; lack of criteria for selecting the content, forms and pedagogical technologies corporate training systems today.
Principles of quality assurance in corporate training systems are presented: the principle of warranty of pedagogical influence on personnel, providing support to staff in the workplace, use of interactive teaching technologies in distance learning, the use of forms and technologies of non-formal learning, determination of the own development trajectory.
