Rules of vocational education adaptive development management

Abstract

The article gives characteristics to such concepts as "development", "mutual adaptation", "adaptive management", "patterns of development management" and considers rules of vocational education adaptive development management. Rules of vocational education development are formulated on the basis of revealing the essence and terms of adaptive management manifestation, its natural internal connections, properties and initial theoretical principles that form the starting point of management activities and adaptive management.

Identification of cause-effect relationships between external management influence and change of shapes, structure, properties and functions of the controlled object are considered as the basis of its target development.

Attention is focused on activation of the natural way of social and educational systems development through restoring of balance between their internal and external relations on reflective basis.

The following regularities: management in a manner of dialogic consent, dependence of the adaptive nature of management on its realistic goal, the optimal correlation of directing influences of a steering subsystem and conscious self-directing of the steered subsystems, monitoring maintenance of management development, strengthening of subjectivity interaction, interdependence of current and future regulatory adjustments are considered as principles to ensure the competitiveness of graduates of vocational schools in the European educational system.
