The problem of forming the social-legal competence of future qualified workers in pedagogical theory
Abstract
The article represents the problem of forming the social-legal competence of future qualified workers in pedagogical theory. The legal basis to regulate the issues on the highlighted tasks, aim of vocational education and the basic issues of the research are outlined. The researchers who studied the mentioned issues of social and legal competence are identified. Different ways of understanding the concept of ―social-legal competence‖ are also systematized. Due to the outlined researchers‘ ways of forming the features, natures of social and legal competence the own way of forming the social-legal competence of future qualified workers in VET schools was developed. It is retraced in the development of legal consciousness, legal and social activeness and social and legal orientations, social responsibility. The listed components of future qualified workers‘ social-legal competence will be formed thanks to their participation in educational measures, students‘ self-administration, volunteer activity etc.
