АКСІОГЕНЕЗ УЯВЛЕНЬ УЧНІВ ПТНЗ ПРО ПРОФЕСІЙНИЙ УСПІХ

Abstract

The article deals with changes of human ideas about values, specifically ideas about professional success of students and teachers of vocational schools. The author considers these ideas to be a particular form of activity in search of purport of life, meanings of academic and professional activities that are typical for personal development of VET schools students and future professionals in different industries.

There are a number of concepts and typologies of a value. According to some thinkers a value is polyfunctional. The category "value" is often used along with such concepts as "success", "welfare", "ideal", "standard", "norm" and others. Thus, science takes advantage of different features that are combined by the category "value". The author’s objective was to differentiate universal characteristics that are understood as valuable attitudes to teachers’ and students’ ideas about professional and life success.

In Ukraine, the idea of young people about life and professional success is formed in conditions of habitat renewal, changes in the hierarchy of life values of a person, and as a result of contradictions of value systems that determine the success. Value ideas, in their turn, naturally reflect the dominant in a society value system being an indicator of culture and society development. The study of young people’s values concerning their professional and life success enables to reveal a degree of their adaptation to the new conditions, to determine their potential for innovations that will influence the development of Ukrainian society in the future.
