Management of vocational education: conceptual approach

Abstract

The article deals with the relevance of the study of conceptual bases of management of development of

vocational education as one of the possible scenarios for its renewal, and therefore out of the crisis.

It is proved that the development of VET is due to the constant introduction of a modern innovation.

Development should not be spontaneously chaotic, and is controlled by the government, or in

accordance with the specified parameters – externally.

Developed and theoretically substantiated a set of provisions that reveal prognostically significant

conceptual foundations of management of the development of VET. Inferred multiple ordering,

systematic conceptual framework to synthesize the achievements of domestic and foreign theory and

practice of development of VET.

Education is considered as part of the projection, a cultural phenomenon. Updated the question of the

relationship between education and culture, the capacity of humanitarian technologies, eliminating the

existing disharmony in the development of intellectual and spiritual and moral spheres of the person,

the devaluation of cultural values.

The leading idea of a conceptual approach to the changes in the formation and management have

kulturosoobraznosti. That it is centered around all educational space, giving it a motion vector defines

the purpose, content, methods and forms of all processes – education, development, management, as

When cultural realities are moving into a new quality, and education functions in the previous form,

there is a crisis. He is part of the non-compliance (education) whole (culture), therefore, the exit

strategy from the crisis - bringing education into line with the new culture. Harmoniously solve the

problem of reconstruction of the educational and administrative space is possible only in conditions

kulturosoobraznogo education through humanitarian technologies.
