The collection examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of vocational education; the directions of modernization of the contents of vocational training of skilled workers are outlined; The domestic and foreign aspects of the development of vocational education and training are highlighted. The current state of creation and use of electronic textbooks for the system of vocational education and training is analyzed, prospects of development of professional and informational-analytical competence of pedagogical workers of vocational schools are determined.
