Methodological approaches to formation of future specialists’ career

Abstract

The article highlights theoretical and methodological aspects of procedural features of future specialists’ career, its organizational, personal, and social aspects. Attention is focused on lack of integral and systematic activity as to successful professional development and career planning of future specialists. Considering a career to be a complicated phenomenon in a human’s life it is proved that present day person’s career progress should anticipate systematic direction of a person at efficient professional development at all stages of his evolution, learning of practical skills and values regarding career technologies realization, identifying personal career purposes and conditions for their implementation taking into account modern professional values and realia, individual capabilities of a personality; development of mechanisms of appropriate psycho-pedagogical support of future specialists in different educational environments, specifically techniques of psychological impact on a personality’s adequate adaptive behavior formation in particular conditions of professional performance. Future specialists’ career success is feasible subject to dynamic professional advance, systematic psychological aiming at formation of the Ego-conception as a specifically organized system interpreted and actualized in a context of effective realization of a professional activity’s particular type, systematic professional growth keeping to active position as regards career planning and advance in specific working environment.
