Competitiveness management educational services vocational and technical education institutions: methodological approaches to forecastion and planning
Abstract
The article proves the need for competitiveness management of educational services vocational schools based on the use of systematic approaches to forecasting and planning activities. The methodical approach in which the forecasting and planning activities is considered as a single mechanism and has three stages.
In the first stage The method is carried out evaluation of potential criteria for VET VET competitiveness (MTB updates, graduate employment, staffing, funding, marketing research) and external environment of the institution (market segment which is designed educational service, the number of enterprises in the region to which are prepared workers and Availability of jobs, development prospects of the industry, the effectiveness of social partnership and collaboration with regulatory agencies).
The second phase is proposed to determine the strategic direction of the development of VET management based on the use of matrix Mc Kinsey institution where, depending on the values of evaluation criteria (Stage technique) refers to a specific sector in the matrix. Based on the chosen strategy development management competitiveness VET moves to the third stage methodology - planning of educational, economic, financial and economic activity.
