The main elements of the electronic and software educational tools as basic elements of informational learning environment

Abstract

The article provides definition and possible structure of the informational organizational and pedagogical system for vocational education. Also, the problems of theory and practical contradictions in regards to development of informational learning environment were covered as well as didactic and psychological foundations of this system and methodical approaches in terms of development of the electronic and software educational tools as the basic elements of this.

In this article, for the methodological paradigm of formation of information learning environment the author has chosen this environment as an object of its active interaction with the participants of the educational process, as well as the subject - a subject-to-subject interaction between a student and teachers. Questions in regards of terminology are considered in the context of definitions: "information educational space", "information educational environment", "didactic unit", " didactic frame", "didactic scenario" as the main didactic construction elements of the software and educational tools.

It is a fresh view on computer-based didactic design of structural, logical, interdisciplinary and cause- effect relationships using the original digital codes of each didactic element of the general algorithm of the software and teaching tool.
