Development of preparedness of teachers of vocational education institutions to introduction of the personal-developing learning technologies

Abstract

The article substantiates the structure of the preparedness of teachers of vocational training to the implementation of the personal-developing learning technologies. This willingness is seen as a holistic internal personal education, which is based on the motives, personal traits, learned professionally significant knowledge, abilities, skills, methods, activities, providing this activity. The structure of the readiness of teachers to implement the personal-developing learning technologies includes components such as motivation, personal, meaningful and operational. Motivational component includes the motives of this activity and the professional profile of teachers. Personal – contains reflective abilities, which are based on empathy, ability to self-governance and creative abilities. To a substantial component includes the knowledge of effective vocational education personal-developing learning technologies; knowledge of the basic categories and concepts of the technological approach etc. Procedure component consists of a set of skills that allow effective implementation of the personal- developing learning technologies.
