ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ ІНЖЕНЕРІВ З МЕХАНІЗАЦІЇ СІЛЬСЬКОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА: КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНИЙ АСПЕКТ

Abstract

The main ideas, purpose, tasks, hypothesis, methodological approaches, principles, factors, pedagogical conditions of system formation of a phenomenon are revealed. The main ideas of the concept are described: recognition of the uniqueness and value of the student's personality, which should be the subject of the educational process; the idea of forming a cultural personality taking into account its needs and interests, consistent with the needs of society; the concept of priority goals in the training of a highly qualified specialists, who are capable of their social and professional activities to self-actualization, self-realization, self-management and self-development. The basis of the proposed concept for the formation of professional competence of future engineers of agricultural mechanization is the idea of psychologists who consider this personal formation as an integrative feature of a personality, which is manifested in engineering activity, behavior and actions of a person and which determines the readiness and ability of a specialist to qualify as an engineer of agricultural production due to a balanced combination of knowledge, skills, needs and motives of selfimprovement, moral and ethical values and the necessary personal and professional qualities. The leading directions of formation of professional competence of future engineers of agricultural mechanization are determined: technologization of professional training of future engineers; informatization of educational process of agrarian higher educational institution, creation of informational and educational environment; research work of students; pedagogical integration; standardization of agrarian engineering education; practical training of students.
