The collection envisages theory-methodological basis of VET development: the domestic VET is analysed thrlugh European experience context. Its quality problems are studied taking into account globalisation and transformation proceses in the Ukrainian society. It characterises social-psychlogical affect-factors for students‘ professional career development in VET schools. By means of active training methods analysis the new prospects and possibilities for distance VET are outlined. New approaches to forming professional competence forming for future sport managers and engineers on agriculture mechanisation are grounded. It makes disclosure on the specific features of using assessment-centres methodology to diagnose the development level of a professional competence for business units managers of communication sector. The results of diagnostic analysis VET students‘ readiness for project training are represented. It provides methodical aspects of professional training and different competences forming for future specialists in hotel-restaurant, tourism and service sectors and also the specifics of professional culture forming for future specialists on finances and credits in colleges. The innovation aspects of VET development in the EU countries are generalised. It offers the experience analisys of career competence forming for future designers in Italy, professional ToT in the EU countries, medical representatives in Germany.
