Implementation of personal-developing pedagogical technologies

Abstract

In the article the urgency of creating a person-developing innovative environment in vocational education is grounded, the definition of "person-developing educational technology" is given, a training course for teaching methods specialists of training (scientific) resource centers (offices) of Ukraine, which is called "Implementation of student-developing pedagogical technology in vocational education”, is characterized. Creating a person-to developing innovative environment provides for the organization of interaction of scientists, trainers, teachers and vocational school students, guaranteeing positive changes in the educational process, and in the experience of the interaction subjects. An important component of the implementation of this approach is the preparation of the teaching methods specialists of vocational training (scientific) - resource centers (offices) of Ukraine to introducing student-developing educational technologies, developing and implementation of their respective workshops for teachers of vocational schools. Training of teaching methods specialists for implementation of student-developing pedagogical technologies in process of their professional development is represented in the unity of cognitive, practical (procedural) and motivational and personal goals. It is proved that the training form gives the opportunity to build learning activities of students based on their own experience in accordance with the needs of the audience, taking into account individual psychological characteristics of teaching methods specialists and socio- psychological characteristics of training groups. It is an embodiment of the subject-productive approach and it meets the general principles of andragogy as a science of Adult Education. The operating curriculum of the training course "Introduction of personality-developing technologies of

training in vocational and technical education", which defines the general regulatory requirements for the content and methods of the organization of the learning process for the course, is characterized. The subject of the training course is innovative activity of teaching methods specialists in introduction of modern student-learning technologies, and developing appropriate design of the learning process. ...
