Development of vocational school students’ motivation as for learning of trade

Abstract

The article shows interconnection of motivation factors and components of job orientation. It analyses the system influence on the stage-by-stage professional becoming of a future worker of production sphere. The problems of influence of a vocational training school teacher on development of a student motivation in the process of learning of a future trade are under consideration.
