PROJECT-BASED TECHNOLOGIES FOR TEACHING THE PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN THE SYSTEM OF NONCONTINUING EDUCATION
Abstract
Continuity of pedagogical education of teachers directly affects the formation and development of their pedagogical skills in general, and professional entrepreneurship in particular. In recent years, this problem is particularly in need of timely and continuous adjustment, which is also caused by the fact that primary school teachers are considered the primary implementer of public policy in the development and formation of future generations. The importance of forming innovative and entrepreneurial qualities of a modern teacher is emphasized by the fact that in recent years Ukraine has a large number of specialized gymnasiums and schools, including private ownership, aimed at active and continuous introduction of new pedagogical technologies, search for new approaches to quality preparation of the younger generation for further education, adaptation in society.
