INNOVATIVE PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES AS A TREND FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE LOCKSMITHS FOR THE REPAIR OF WHEELED VEHICLES

Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the need for successful mastering of modern production technologies by future qualified workers of the motor transport industry.

Purpose: to determine and substantiate the essence and specifics of the implementation of innovative production technologies in the framework of professional training of locksmiths for the repair of wheeled vehicles.

Methods: theoretical analysis of scientific sources, websites of institutions, educational programs and work training plans for the training of locksmiths for the repair of wheeled vehicles (to determine and substantiate the essence and features of the implementation of innovative production technologies in the content of professional training).

Results: the main trends and directions of innovative activity regarding the development of the transport system at the state, regional and business levels have been determined, modern technological trends and the essence of innovative production technologies of the motor vehicle industry were substantiated, the experience of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions regarding updating the content and educational and methodological support of the professional training of locksmiths for the repair of wheeled vehicles regarding the application of innovative production technologies was analysed.

Conclusions: based on the results of the analysis of the innovative development of the transport system, innovative production technologies of the motor vehicle industry are defined as scientifically based procedures for guaranteed and high-quality achievement of results in terms of safety, environmental friendliness, energy saving, digitalization and automation of modern wheeled vehicles, the efficiency of their operation and repair; the analysis of the specifics of the training of future locksmiths for the repair of wheeled vehicles shows the high requirements of enterprises and, at the same time, the insufficient involvement of employers in this process, lack of educational and methodological support from the rapid debelipment and advancement of innovative production technologies, the absence of special methods, insifficient competence of pedagogical workers in the use of digital technologies, insufficient material and technical support of institutions; a number of positive trends have been identified (introduction of standards on a modular-competency basis, development of educational and practical centers for the training of qualified workers in the motor vehicle industry, development of informational and educational environment in the institutions of professional education.
