Abstract

The article states the research relevance of basic arrangements for future professionals training of tourism and hotel industry aimed at achieving the appropriate level of professional training for the tourism industry transformational processes into diversified sphere of domestic and international activities.

A wide range of scientific researches on the issues of improving vocational training for future specialists in tourism industry is based on studying the experience of training organization in foreign countries, in particular in Turkey. It is determined that for perspective use of modern foreign training practices on content, forms and technologies modernisation in hotel industry and tourism sector in Ukraine, it is necessary to justify the existing organizational basis for future specialistsє professional training in hotel and tourism industry of Ukraine.

Transformation processes of vocational education taking into account modern European approaches, including competence for future specialists professional training are characterized; the analysis of the regulatory and legal support for organizational issues of professional training in VET institutions for hotel and tourism industry future specialists was carried out; a list of professions and occupations for future specialists in the hotel and tourism industry is defined. The attention is focused on the analysis of the state VET standard for the profession «Tourism Agent».
