THE ESSENCE OF THE CONCEPT "THE KEY COMPETENCIES OF TAILORS" IN PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL LITERATURE

Abstract

The article analyzes the scientific, scientific and methodological sources and legal and regulatory documents of professional (vocational) education on the interpretation of the essence and content of the concept of "key competencies". The versatility of the definition of "key competencies" is summarized. The formulation of one's own definition of "key competencies of a tailor" is proposed.

The State standards of professional (vocational) education for the professions "Seamstress" (code 7436), "Tailor" (code 7433), "Cutter" (code 7435), Methodical recommendations for the development of DSPTO and Methodology for the development of professional standards are analyzed. It is determined that the list of key competencies in DSPTO sewing profile needs to be supplemented in accordance with modern educational trends, time requirements and needs of the labor market.
