Abstract

The article proposes a methodology for developing the readiness of teachers of special disciplines of vocational educational institutions to use personalityoriented pedagogical technologies.
The described methodology shows that the very process of developing the readiness of teachers of special disciplines of vocational schools to use personalityoriented pedagogical technologies allows teachers to realize themselves by improving their methodological style of pedagogical activity.
