Project technologies use as a way of forming person-development environment in a VET school

Abstract

In the article the relevance of training teaching staff in the development and application of design technology in the context of personal and developmental environment of vocational schools is grounded, the definitions of "personal and developmental environment of vocational education institution", "personality-developing educational technology" are represented, the components of teacher staff training to project technologies design and development are characterized, the thematic plan of the training course "Project technologies in vocational education" is given.

The establishment of personal developmental environment in a vocational school requires the application of appropriate modern teaching technologies, including personal and developmental. An important part of the personality-developing VET environment is teaching staff the training on the issues of project technologies design and application that can be implemented on the basis of scientific (research) - teaching centers (offices), training centers in schools.

It is identified and justified the following components for teaching staff training technologies on project-based learning use as: target, motivation, semantic, operational and active, control and regulation, reflective. The target one is a component in the construction of subjects training purposes - planned results, achievement based on feedback and goals-vectors related to professional and personal selfdevelopment, self-realization and aimed at a more distant future. The motivational component provides the consideration in the preparation of needs and motivations of teachers and trainers, development of didactic design motifs, inducing and maintaining interest in the project-based learning.
