Methodical traineeship support for masters’ of practical training of agriculture profile
Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of organization of training for masters of industrial training of the agrarian profile and its methodological support by the
regional methodical service. It is substantiated the necessity of mastering the masters of industrial training of modern agro technologies as a necessary condition for providing high-quality professional training of skilled workers in accordance with the demands of the labour market and employers. The author characterized The types of practical training, the requirements for content, timing, periodicity, location and stage of its implementation and are determined the main functions of participants in this process.
Attention is focused on the network of agrarian vocational schools in Ukraine, defined at the state level as a base for practical training by masters of production training. The Regional Methodical Service has developed and introduced indicative methodological recommendations for the implementation of the Procedure for the Advanced Training of Teachers of Vocational Training schools. This information is available on the institution's website. Annually is carried Monitoring of the practical training of masters of production training by branches of the economy, the results of which are summarized in the analytical materials and methodological recommendations and is provided the methodological assistance for the development of programs of practical training. It is formed an information platform to establish a social partnership between education, agribusiness and governance with the aim of providing quality training to specialists in the agricultural sector.
