Methods for studying the problem of forming of energy-efficient competence of future skilled workers of machine-building profile
Abstract
The program of experimental work on the formation of energy-efficient competence of future electrical locksmiths on the repair of electrical equipment in VET schools consists of methodological (theoretical) and organizational (procedural) sections. It includes a list of theoretical, empirical, statistical methods.
The experiment was carried out during four stages – preparatory, ascertaining, formative and generalizing. At the preparatory stage of the experiment, an analysis of scientific and methodological literature was carried out. The object, the subject, the purpose of the research, its tasks and theoretical positions are determined. The working hypothesis is formulated and expected results are predicted. Pedagogical conditions are theoretically justified, and a model for the formation of energy-efficient competence of future skilled workers in the machine-building sector has been designed. An experimental research base, respondents and experts to take part in the study are defined. At the ascertaining stage of the experiment, the percentage ratio between the number of
study hours allocated to general professional, professional, theoretical and vocational training is established. The essence and structure of the concept of "energy-efficient competence of future skilled workers of machine-building profile" is revealed. The students of the control and experimental groups were tested, a survey of electrical engineering teachers with the basics of industrial electronics, masters of industrial training, representatives of industry participating in the state qualification certification of graduates of vocational schools. The assessment of the formation level of future specialists’ energy-efficient competence was carried out according to previously developed criteria and indicators.
