Pedagogical conditions for the development of career competence of future mechanical engineers in technical universities

Abstract

The article substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the development of the career competence of future mechanical engineers in the operation of machines and mechanisms. In the context of personal and professional development, these conditions are a complex process of combining the leading activities, communication and the subjective-personal concept of "I am a professional." It is proved that the pedagogical conditions for the development of career competence of future mechanical engineers in the operation of machines and mechanisms are the circumstances that are created in the process of
professional training of such specialists in technical universities, ensure the solution of the scientific problem, stipulating a certain vector of progressive development of the educational institution. The pedagogical conditions for the development of the career competence of future mechanical engineers in
technical universities are theoretically grounded and experimentally tested: actualization of ideas about professional success, the formation of a motivational and value attitude to a career; The development of communication skills, the formation of the ability to create a favorable educational and development
environment for the manifestation of leadership qualities, organizational skills, personal skills; Involvement of students in career forecasting, planning and designing of its strategy as a process of self-knowledge, self-evaluation, self-development and self-improvement, approval of the subject-activity component of career competence. Perspective are: systematic consideration of the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of professional and career competence, a comprehensive analysis of the interrelations that make up them, determining its role in the life of the individual and society.
