Theoretical basis of forming autotransport sector skilled workers’ readiness for the use of innovative production technologies
Abstract
The article emphasizes the necessity of scientific and methodological support for the formation of readiness of future skilled workers of the motor transport industry for application of innovative manufacturing technologies, since successful mastery of the most modern production technologies and their effective use becomes the most important task of training of specialists in the motor;
transport industry. It has been determined that there are different domains around which the didactic principles are built around: activity (educational and professional), personality, social partnership therefore, in determining the principles of forming the readiness of future skilled workers of the motor transport industry for the application of innovative production technologies, it is expedient to combine personal, social and activity aspects.
Today, the automotive industry of technologically advanced countries is focused on the latest technology, which, in fact, is one of the largest industrial investors in research and development. It is determined that successful mastery of the most modern production technologies and their effective use becomes the most important task of training of specialists in the motor transport industry in the institutions of professional (vocational) education.
The following principles of formation of readiness of future skilled workers of the motor transport industry for application of innovative production technologies: scientific, systemic and integrity, continuity and continuity, productivity, variability, development of subjectivity, interactivity, innovation, social partnership are established.
