The conceptual foundations of future VET teachers’ training, methodological approaches to professional education content standardization, and peculiarities of professional self-determination and professional career of VET institution’s students are grounded in the collection of scientific works. The theoretical aspects of managing the VET institutions, developing the communication, professional and ethical, digital, and physical culture, forming the professional, entrepreneurship, arts-creative, digital, and key competences are enlightened. The methods of professional training of future specialists are presented, in particular autotransport, agricultural, IT, aviation, and service sectors. Special attention is paid to theory and methods of training the specialists for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, border guard service, etc. The peculiarities of the use in the process of future specialists professional training of elements of distance and problem learning, simulation modelling, interactive technologies, innovative production technologies, etc. The experience of VET in Greece, Estonia, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, the USA, Finland, Japan are analysed: VET financing, quality assurance of future VET teachers’ training, initial VET functioning. The retrospective review of the students’ values system transformation in the context of domestic VET reforming is made.
