Managerial culture of vocational educational institution as a factor of development

Abstract

The article deals with the theory and the author's own thoughts of the importance of managerial culture for the development of vocational education, the role of leaders in this process. Data from a study conducted by the Laboratory Management vocational education IPTO NAPS Ukraine-based VET are analyzed. The results show that among the main resource efficiency of the institution vast majority of managers believe increased funding, improving the regulatory framework at the national level and so on. What is meant mainly to external factors. Figured out that underestimated the potential of the important activities of the group, to the development of managerial culture in the context of contemporary social requirements. On the basis of theoretical sources and state of managerial culture in vocational schools, the author proposes some ways, methods to improve it. in particular: training managers to control managerial culture development, arming them with scientific knowledge and ensuring adequate competence in this sphere.
