Main approaches to professional suitability determination in conditions of modern vocational training
Abstract
The article examines a problem of determination of an individual’s professional ability in conditions of modern education. Diagnostics allows to establish a professional suitability on basis of complex evaluation of an individual’s character integrity, his/her professional orientation, professional capabilities, professional self-determination concerning professional activity and self-improvement.
