THE TECHNOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF DUAL TRAINING

Abstract

Relevance: the need of updating of a modern vocational education system and integrating of a dual form of education in vocational educational institutions make the development of social partnership more relevant. This leads to the search for innovative approaches, methods, technologies and mechanisms of this process supporting.

Aim: to reveal the structure of social partnership technology development in vocational educational institutions in conditions of dual form of education, the content of its stages for successful and effective use.

Methods: theoretical (induction, deduction, synthesis and generalization; modeling); empirical (praximetric (study and analysis of pedagogical experience, working plans, training programs for future skilled workers and the results of their activities); questionnaire-diagnostic (interview).

Results: the technology of social partnership development in vocational educational establishments was developed in the conditions of dual form of education, which is a set of step-by-step measures, procedures, methods that ensure effective interaction of vocational education institutions with executive authorities, associations of employers, enterprises of various forms of ownership, institutions of employment service and gives the opportunity to reconcile their common interests as much as possible. It contains structural components (conceptually-targeted, content-technological and motivational-effective) and is implemented in four stages (strategic-planning, organizational-executive, control-coordinating and motivation-stimulating).

Conclusions: Certain structural components of the proposed technology enable its life cycle and subsequent transformation. Its effective implementation in vocational education institutions will promote mutually beneficial productive activities of the subjects of the social partnership system aimed at the effective development of vocational education: strengthening the links between the institutions of the relevant profile and social groups of this professional community; the flexibility of their educational process and its rapid response to employers` demands; simplified adaptation of graduates to production conditions.
