CONCEPTUAL ASPECTS OF FORMATION OF LEGAL CULTURE OF FUTURE QUALIFIED MARITIME WORKERS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the coverage of the conceptual provisions of the purposeful formation of the legal culture of future skilled workers of maritime transport in institutions of professional (vocational) education. The results of the definitive analysis of the concept "legal culture of the future skilled worker-sailor" are given. The components of the legal culture of a seafarer, the main methodological approaches, principles, factors, pedagogical conditions of formation of the legal culture of future skilled workers of sea transport are singled out. It is concluded that the provisions of purposeful formation of legal culture of future skilled seafarers in P (PT) O institutions based on reasonable directions and stages of problem solving are an attempt to develop methodological and theoretical concepts of formation of this integrative personality trait.
