Professional Pedagogics
In the journal, pressing issues concerning the modernization of vocational and specialized higher education are substantiated. These include the exploration of new approaches to the formation of professional qualifications, the development of professional standards, the utilization of public-private partnership tools, the establishment of virtual educational environments within educational institutions, the assurance of quality control for the professional preparation of future specialists, the enhancement of educators' professional development, and the management of educational institutions as project-oriented organizations. Practical aspects of optimizing distance learning are disclosed, as well as the employment of networked educational-methodological complexes in the educational process, the testing of assessment tasks, the cultivation of moral-volitional qualities in learners, and the development of their entrepreneurial, career, intercultural, and methodological competencies. Trends in the transformational changes in vocational education during Ukraine's era of independence are characterized.
